A moonshot goal, based on unwavering belief, happened this week.
Indiana just won the college football national championship. Yes...Indiana.
For context, Indiana had the most losing program in all of college football history.
So bad in fact, that a few years ago, their jerseys were misspelled "Indinia"
Then one person stepped in: Coach Curt Cignetti.
His philosophy was straight forward:
1. One day at a time
2. Process oriented
3. High standards
4. Improve daily
At his opening press conference he was challenged by a reporter: How could you possibly make a difference at Indiana. This is the most losing program in all of football.
His (now famous) response that lit the meme world on fire:
"I WIN
GOOGLE ME"
And he did.
He beat Ohio State, Alabama, Oregon (twice), MIami, and went 16-0. Undefeated.
That's the Power of One.
One person had a belief
One person brought a winning culture
One person instilled the idea that anything is possible
And it shows that One Person can change
A Team
A School
A Company
A Culture
And make a Champion out of anybody

And Google even updated their search engine this week.
If you type in "Curt Cignetti" it now says:
Yup, He won.
Dash of Courage
This is as applicable to football as it is life.
1. One day at a time
2. Process oriented
3. High standards
4. Improve daily
Do that and Call your Shot.
I hope to Google You...next!
Courage over Comfort,
Garrett
