Dash of Courage: Jump on Two

Most people think you jump on three.

You don’t.

Not in Skydiving.
Not in Life.
Not in anything that actually matters.

Once a year Egypt allows you to Skydive over the Pyramids.
Insane. So, this past week I went for it.
48 Hours in Egypt. I only brought the Tuxedo.

The plane climbs. The wind roars. The door slides open at 13,000 feet.
Then you realize you are in a plane with the door open. Great.

Here's the skydiving lesson that applies to life.

They count 1…2…and then launch you out with your instructor.
They know if you get to 3, you’ll grab the door.

At “three”, fear wins.
At “three”, your brain invents reasons to stay safe.
At “three”, you cling to the door of the plane (or the door of your comfort zone).

So the instructor pushes you on TWO.

Because “two” is the moment before your fear can negotiate.
Before your logic talks you out of the leap.
Before your excuses show up dressed as “timing”, or “strategy”, or “research”

And then?
You’re flying.
Wow above the Clouds
Pyramids down below.
Total Bliss.

I’m convinced, anything life changing never came on three.
Certainty is simply a stall tactic that keeps us stuck.
Three never comes.
Two is all you get.
And two is enough

Dash of Courage:
This week, don’t wait for “three”
Hit send on two.
Call on two.
Start on two.
Decide on two.

Growth doesn’t wait for certainty, It demands courage.
Jump on Two.

Courage over Comfort,
